Schedule of Events
Pre-Tour: Helsinki – Tallinn (September 30 – October 1)
Wednesday, September 30
Registration at the HYM registration desk at the West Terminal 2 in The West Harbour before boarding the ship.
Ship of your choice:
- Departure from Helsinki at 13:30 → Arrival in Tallinn at 15:30
- Departure from Helsinki at 16:30 → Arrival in Tallinn at 18:30
A buffet meal will be served during the trip, including wine and beer.
Accommodation is at the 4-star Hestia Europa Hotel, located near the port.
Afternoon and evening will be spent exploring Tallinn's attractions.
Thursday, October 1
Breakfast at the hotel.
The bus will pick you up from the hotel at 10:30.
A two-hour guided bus tour of Tallinn will take place, after which the bus will return you to the terminal.
From 13:30 to 15:30, the ship will sail from Tallinn back to Helsinki.
Upon arrival at the West Harbour of Helsinki, a bus will pick you up for a two-hour guided city tour. The tour will end at the Grand Marina Hotel, where you will be staying for the night.
Helsinki Get-Together (October 1–2)
Registration:
At the Grand Marina Hotel in Helsinki (Katajanokka).
Thursday, October 1
A guided bus tour of Helsinki will take place from 13:00 to 15:00.
There will be an opportunity to explore Helsinki's sights on your own. The tram runs in front of the hotel, and attractions like the Presidential Palace and the Market Square are just a short walk away.
A "get-together" event will be held from 19:00 to 23:00.
From 23:00 onward: Helsinki by night.
Friday, October 2
Breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
You will have the opportunity to explore more of Helsinki. For example, the Flying Cinema is a great experience right next to the hotel.
Boarding the ship is possible from 10:30.
The 41 International and TCI workshop on the ship's conference deck begins at 12:00.
General boarding starts at 16:00, and the ship departs at 17:15. Please be at the terminal no later than 16:00.
“Love Boat” Cruise (October 2–4)
Friday, October 2, 2026
10:00–16:30: Registration at the Katajanokka Viking Line Terminal.
10:30–12:00: Boarding and luggage drop-off in the conference section, as cabins are not available until 14:00.
11:00: The entire conference deck is reserved, and the bar is open.
12:00–16:00: Workshops at meeting desk.
14:00: Check-in to cabins.
16:00: General boarding begins.
17:15: The Viking Gabriella departs for Stockholm.
17:30: Buffet dinner.
20:00–23:00: “Love Boat” theme party.
23:00 onwards: Music and dancing at the ship’s nightclub.
Saturday, October 3, 2026
All times are Swedish time.
08:00–10:00: Breakfast.
10:00: The Viking Gabriella arrives in Stockholm; shore visits are possible.
10:00–16:00: Meetings in the ship's nightclub and conference section.
15:30: VIP shopping in the ship's marine store.
16:30: Gabriella departs Stockholm for Helsinki.
18:00–19:30: Banner exchange on the conference deck.
20:00–23:00: Gala dinner.
23:00 onwards: Music and dancing at the nightclub.
Sunday, October 4, 2026
All times are Finnish time.
08:00–10:00: Breakfast.
10:10: Gabriella arrives back in Helsinki.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes.
