Wednesday, September 30

Registration at the HYM registration desk at the West Terminal 2 in The West Harbour before boarding the ship.

Address: Tyynenmerenkatu 14, 00220 Helsinki

Ship of your choice:

1. Departure from Helsinki at 13:30 → Arrival in Tallinn at 15:30
2. Departure from Helsinki at 16:30 → Arrival in Tallinn at 18:30

A buffet meal will be served during the trip, including wine and beer.

Accommodation is at the 4-star Hestia Europa Hotel, located near the port.

Afternoon and evening will be spent exploring Tallinn's attractions.

Thursday, October 1

Breakfast at the hotel.

The bus will pick you up from the hotel at 10:30.

A two-hour guided bus tour of Tallinn will take place, after which the bus will return you to the terminal.

From 13:30 to 15:30, the ship will sail from Tallinn back to Helsinki.

Upon arrival at the West Harbour of Helsinki, a bus will pick you up for a two-hour guided city tour. The tour will end at the Grand Marina Hotel, where you will be staying for the night.
 

Thursday, October 1

There will be an opportunity to explore Helsinki's sights on your own. The tram runs in front of the hotel, and attractions like the Presidential Palace and the Market Square are just a short walk away.

A "get-together" event will be held from 19:00 to 23:00.

From 23:00 onward: Helsinki by night.

Friday, October 2

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant. 

A guided bus tour of Helsinki will take place from 9:30. The City Tour stops at the Viking Terminal at 11:00, allowing workshop participants time to reach meetings starting at 12:00. Ship tickets will be distributed to everyone at the Viking Terminal.

You will have the opportunity to explore more of Helsinki. For example, the Flying Cinema is a great experience right next to the hotel.

Boarding the ship is possible from 10:30.

The 41 International and TCI workshop on the ship's conference deck begins at 12:00.

General boarding starts at 16:00, and the ship departs at 17:00. Please be at the terminal no later than 16:00.

Friday, October 2, 2026

10:00–16:30: Registration at the Katajanokka Viking Line Terminal.

Address: Katajanokanlaituri 8, 00160 Helsinki

10:30–16:00: Boarding and luggage drop-off in the conference section, as cabins are not available until 14:00.

11:00: The entire, Conference Deck is reserved, and the bar is open.

12:00–16:00: Workshops, Conference Deck 10

12:00-16:00: 41 Int. Councillors meeting, Conference Deck 10.

12.00-13.00: TCI Councillors' meeting, Conference Deck 10

14:00:  Coffee break, Conference Deck 10

14:00-16:00: TCI Open meeting, Conference Deck 10

16:00-17:00: Regional  Meetings as of demand in cabinets 5 cabinets, Conference Deck 10

14:00: Check-in to cabins.

16:00: General boarding begins.

17:00: The Viking Gabriella departs for Stockholm.

17:00-18:00 Golden Stomach Meeting, Conference Deck 10

17:30: Buffet dinner, deck 8.

20:00–23:00: “Love Boat” theme party, Conference Deck.

23:00 onwards: Music and dancing at the ship’s nightclub.
 

Saturday, October 3, 2026

All times are Swedish time. (Swedish time is one hour behind Finnish time.)

07:00–9:00: Breakfast, Deck 8.

10:00: The Viking Gabriella arrives in Stockholm; shore visits are possible.

10:00–16:00: HYM Delegates Meeting 41 Int, Club Mar, Deck 8.

9:30-13:30: TCI HYM, Conference Deck.

13:30: TCI Buffet lunch, Deck 8.

14.00:  41 Int. Buffet lunch, Deck 8

15:30: VIP shopping, Taxfree Shop, Deck 7.

16:00: Gabriella departs Stockholm for Helsinki. The return cruise is at 15:30 at the latest.

18.30: Banner exchange (to the official delegation), Conference Deck 10.

19:00: Pre-Party (for everyone), Conference Deck 10.

20:00–23:00: Gala dinner, Deck 8.

23:00 onwards: Music and dancing at the ship’s nightclub.

23:30 onwards: Finland's disco queen Eini at the nightclub.

Sunday, October 4, 2026

All times are Finnish time.

07:30–10:00: Breakfast, Deck 8.

10:10: Gabriella arrives back in Helsinki.
